The high speed nail making machine is used to produce common nail for the building industry.
There are the most popular five different models from 1/2" to 6" length to produce different length of common nails.
Furthermore, this kind of nail making machine can not only produce the standard specification of the nail but also for different kinds of special nail and rivet.
The machine is equipped with three forming tools with different functions:
1. The cutters are to make a sharp point of nail to cut it off.
2. The grippers are grip the wire to form a nail head by punching.
3. The punch hits the wire end and makes a head.
This machine is also available for produce concrete nail but the nail's grooves must be formed in wire drawing procession. The material must for C1042 ~ C1045 with zinc plated and heat treatment.
