Trimming die is used to form the head of the screw. Square and hexagon are the common trimming die types.
There are many kinds of material to decide, like SKH9 and SKH55. In order to extend the lifetime, surface treatment is considerable.
We have two types of trimming dies, one is “solid” one piece and another is two pieces assembled with inserted.
