Trimming die is used to make the hex head, square head or customized head bolt to form the head shape.
There are many kinds of material to decide, like SKH-9, M2, SKH-55 and SKH-59 etc. In order to extend the lifetime, surface treatment is considerable. We have two types of trimming dies, one is “solid” one piece and another is two pieces assembled with inserted.
